The development will consist of a 26-storey contemporary apartment tower, as well as two residential towers, 50m and 30m tall. The development will see 299 private for sale flats built, and 2,800m² of retail/restaurant space created at the site of the former Canute’s Pavilion Shopping Centre at Ocean Village in Southampton. It is the final phase of residential development on this side of the marina.
The buildings were designed to provide occupants with the highest level of comfort. Particular attention was paid to the combination of solar control glass, ventilation and air conditioning in the glass-clad towers to avoid the apartments overheating in the summer. The apartments will range from £180,000 to £500,000 and £1 million duplex penthouse apartments on the top floors of buildings one and two.
The project is due to be completed in December 2014
