CPM is a well established family run business with building maintenance experience spanning over 30 years.

We currently maintain around 4000 properties within our geographical area which covers Hants, Berks, Bucks, Wilts, Surrey as well as outer London.

Our services include reactive maintenance, day to day maintenance planned maintenance, minor building works and insurance works all of which involved many of the following trades, namely; Carpentry and Joinery, Plumbing and Heating, Electrical, Panting and Decorating, Groundworks, Ceramic Tiling, Floor Coverings, Communications, Roof Tiling, Fencing, Plastering, Artexing and General Building.

Many other trades can be covered for planned maintenance project work.

Our engineers are all fully qualified in their professions and hold the highest accolades. Our work is to the highest quality and is constantly inspected by our own Maintenance Quality Inspector as well as having to meet the standards set out by CPM, our clients, The Guild of Master Craftsmen and PDA (Painting & Decorating Association).

We constantly strive to maintain or improve on our service by requesting our clients to comment by completing Customer Satisfaction Forms issued after EVERY project.
