CPM have secured a new project with a new client Raymond Brown Construction.
The project worth £3.2m is for Geo Speciality Chemicals UK Hythe.
A key part of this development is the construction and fit-out of a CLMMF (Contact Lens and Material Manufacturing Facility) building, flammable storage tank farm and access roadways.
The new building will be constructed partly on an existing ‘brown field’ location and partly on the adjacent development land which will require a ‘cut and fill’ operation.
